The Manufacture of Rice Paper

After touring the Cu Chi Tunnels and the firing range, I came upon this hut on my way back to the entrance of the park. There was this woman making rice paper. The mixture was poured on a heated surface and then turned onto a drying rack.

The hut was also selling sticky rice whiskey or as I called it after giving it a try, gasoline. I brought this back to Bangkok and showed it to the guys that worked in the bar. We did a couple shots of the stuff after cutting it with soda water and lime juice and it was still strong. I unfortunately forgot the bottle before I came back, but I hope that some of it will be left for a return toast in April.
